Portrait Garden
This beautiful painting of Ballyvolane House was hand painted by talented local artist Pawel Wroblewski of the Portrait Garden in his unique style using in linear contours filled with watercolour paints. As a Master of Fine Arts from Gdansk, Poland, Pawel is a classically trained painter with many years experience of fine art, painting murals, portraits, landscapes, still life, exhibiting works, teaching art classes and more. He exhibits at the Blackwater Valley Makers in Fermoy.

Home for Home is a travel auction, offering participants the chance to stay in some of the world’s most beautiful and exclusive homes, with all proceeds directly benefiting much needed aid relief efforts in the Ukraine. The brainchild of our dear friend Josephine Ryan, author, interiors expert and stylist, the collection comprises 30 properties located across the globe, many of which are not typically available to rent. Homes listed include Neuendorf House, a design-led Mallorcan villa created by world renowned architects John Pawson and Claudio Silvestrin and Thyme, the much loved 31 bedroom bolthole found in the heart of the Cotswolds as well as a night’s stay at Ballyvolane House.

Double Gold for Bertha’s Revenge at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2022
Bertha’s Revenge Gin was awarded a Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2022. This is the highest award Ballyvolane House Spirits Company Ltd have received from a truly independent awards judging panel so far. Congratulations to Justin and Antony. Massive thanks to the judges. Tree planting at Ballyvolane House
We planted 300 trees in recent weeks at Ballyvolane House. The trees were donated by ‘Trees on the Land’, a charity and not-for-profit project working to establish young native trees across the 32 counties of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
We planted a mix of oak, Scots Pine, alder, birch, hawthorn and apple.
Massive thanks to Trees on the Land and also to the Dream Team of tree-planters, Maia, Oscar, Jamie, Fleur and Dumpling (the terrier).
