Awards & Accolades
Over the years, Ballyvolane House has been fortunate to receive a number of awards and accolades for our food, hospitality, accommodation, weddings and the overall guest experience.
Although we are sometimes listed in hotel guides and award categories, Ballyvolane is not a conventional hotel. We are registered with Fáilte Ireland as a Historic House Bed & Breakfast, and the atmosphere here has always been much more house party than hotel.
That distinction is important to us. Guests are staying in a real family home, with all the character, quirks and informality that come with it.
We are enormously proud of the recognition Ballyvolane has received over the years, and very grateful to the writers, guides, judges and guests who have supported us. Most importantly, these accolades are a reflection of the wonderful team who work alongside us and put so much care, energy and personality into looking after our guests.
