Elderflower Cordial
One of our favourite tipples. We make a large batch of elderflower cordial every June when the elderflower heads are in full bloom. Some of our team have been out and about picking wild elderflowers from the hedgerows all around the local area. We use it to make Elderflower Bellinis which are popular at our weddings, we use in puddings and cocktails too.
