We are delighted to bring you 'Bertha-lele 2017'!

This is part of the Irish Gin & Tonic Fest 2017 which runs from 25 June to 01 July 2017. The Irish Gin & Tonic Fest is a nation-wide celebration of Irish Craft Gin & Tonic with gin-related events taking place in venues up and down the country. Our contribution will be to host Bertha tipples, Ukulele tunes and dinner at Ballyvolane House on Saturday, 01 July 2017.

'Bertha-lele' will kick-off at 7pm and guests will be greeted with a Bertha's Revenge Gin & Tonic (BandT) on arrival and the Bertha tipples will be served up from the Bertha Caravan in the gardens (or in the house if it's raining). The Ukulele concert will be held at 7.30pm in the hay barn and will be performed by 'Aisling Out Walking' - a Ukulele playing, harmony loving trio singing songs from a bygone age. After the concert, a 2-course dinner will be served on long tables in the terrace at 9pm.

 

Date: Saturday, 01 July 2017

7pm: Bertha's Revenge Gin & Tonics served in the gardens (or house).

7.30pm: Ukulele concert performed by 'Aisling Out Walking' in the hay barn.

9pm: A 2-course set dinner including tea & coffee will be served on long tables in the terrace.

12.30am: Close.

Price: €70 per person to include a B&T on arrival, the Ukulele concert and a 2-course dinner.

We would urge you to book early to avoid disappointment. It promises to be one of the highlights of the summer and we hope you can join us!
