We are putting the finishing touches to our new Bohemian-style tent in the gardens and looking forward to hosting music, theatre and film events as well as weddings and all manner of get togethers. We have just been invited to join HIP Hotels. O\'Brien Chop House is central to the Waterford Festival of Food as well as in winning form. Jeremy Green has been busy planting vegetables throughout March and the gardens are looking magnificent at this time of year.
