It's elderflower time again. We have been harvesting elderflower heads over the past week and we have been getting lots of requests for our elderflower cordial recipe. Happy to share it and please click here to view the recipe.
It makes lovely refreshing floral summer tipples such as Elderflower Lemonade, Elderflower Bellinis, Hedgerow Cocktails and we also use it as one of our floral botanicals in Bertha's Revenge Gin.
