Ballyvolane House 'The Food Issue' Spring 2015

We will be celebrating all things food this spring - eating, drinking, styling and photography.

We are looking forward to the Domaine Sainte Rose winemakers dinner with Charles and Ruth Simpson on Friday, 20 March 2015.

The highlight in April is the Lens and Larder Spring 2015 food photography and styling workshop with internationally acclaimed food photographer and stylist Marte Marie Forsberg. The workshop will be presented by Imen McDonnell of Farmette and Cliodhna Prendergast from Breaking Eggs.

There is a Rhubarb Martini recipe too.
